It's nice to see wakeup on Christmas Eve & see that one main huge obstacle that almost killed our daughter when she was in the NICU in 2009, may finally change. This antiqued law that turned us away from giving our on child blood is dated & homophobic. And considering:
1. ALL blood is tested
2. We are both HIV-
3. We have been together since 18 & 22
It's horrible how many lives have been lost because the FDA & American Red Cross say they do not accept "Gay Blood."
